- 2. If it makes sense, we arrange a free visit to meet your relative and see the home.
- 3. You get a written care plan with the hours, the tasks, and the cost set out before anything starts.
If care is needed urgently, after a fall or a hospital discharge, please call rather than using the form so we can respond at the right pace.
